Terms of use

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the shop at gtavshop.zenkner-technology.de. The provider is Zenkner-Technology, Cyrill-Pascal Zenkner, Lessingstraße 46c, 09599 Freiberg, Germany.

The shop is an independent offering. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, GTA V and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Service and price

The shop provides scripts and systems for FiveM servers for download. All scripts are free of charge. The order process only serves to deliver the download links, no paid contract is concluded.

There is no entitlement to a particular availability, to further development, to support or to the permanent continuation of the offering. Scripts may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

3. License

Each script is subject to the license stated on its product page and in its source code. Unless stated otherwise there, you may freely use, modify and redistribute the script as long as the author Zenkner-Technology remains credited in the source code and in distributions.

Reselling the unmodified scripts as your own product is not welcome. The wording of the respective license prevails.

4. Use on your server

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the scripts complies with the terms of Rockstar Games and Cfx.re and with applicable law. Test every script on a test server first and back up your database before importing any included SQL files.

The scripts implement game mechanics for roleplay servers. Content such as in-game crime is fictional and does not encourage real-world acts.

5. Abuse

Automated mass orders, entering other people's email addresses and attempts to overload the shop or to circumvent protective measures are prohibited. The provider may block access in such cases.

6. Warranty and liability

The scripts are provided free of charge and without any promise of a particular quality. The statutory liability privileges for gratuitous services apply.

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for data loss, server outages and measures taken by platform operators against your server.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. For consumers this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory protective provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
